Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. To avoid being charged for your next renewal period, please submit your cancellation request at least three (3) business days before your scheduled billing date.

If your cancellation request is received fewer than three (3) business days before your next billing date, your account will be charged for one additional renewal term. In this case, your subscription will be set to cancel before the following payment, and you will not be charged again after that.

Refund Policy

A 30-day, no-risk, money-back guarantee applies to most courses—contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For KCA, a 30-day double-cost recovery guarantee is available if all course modules are completed with proof.

Confidentiality

All information shared during courses and program participation is kept strictly confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary or personal information except as required by law or to deliver mutual program services. No contact details, including names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses, will be disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for any reason.

No Third-Party or Affiliate Sharing

Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your contact information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Opt-ins for SMS notifications or emails are used exclusively for communication relevant to program participation and account updates. Your privacy is always protected.

Client Responsibility

Educational products and services require personal engagement. Individual results may vary. No representation, warranty, or guarantee of success is made. Use content at your own discretion and responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Use Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC services and products at your own risk. Liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the year prior to the incident. No liability for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

Payment Methods

Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC accepts credit and debit cards and PayPal for payment. Charges may be made one-time or in installments. If using an installment plan, you agree to complete your next month’s payment if the refund period has lapsed.

Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to make derogatory or critical comments about the other at any time in private or public, online or offline.

Intellectual Property

All course materials and content are subject to copyright and for individual use only. No rights to reproduce, distribute, or resell materials are granted. Intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC and related entities against any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from participation, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC.

Assignment, Modification, and Termination

This agreement cannot be assigned without written consent. Terms may be updated at any time. Kingdom Wealth Movement, LLC may terminate service or participation at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, and enforced in Tennessee courts.
